Jax Media’s “Russian Doll” Season 2 Premieres on Netflix

Since the release of Jax Media’s “Russian Doll” on Netflix in February 2019, fans of the critically-acclaimed show have been anxiously awaiting its return. On April 20th, 2022, the groundhog day comedy from Amy Poehler, Leslye Headland, and Natasha Lyonne is picking up where it left off.

The main cast of the series will reprise their roles, including Natasha Lyonne, Greta Lee, Charlie Barnett, Yul Vazquez and Elizabeth Ashley. In addition, the show will introduce new characters played by Annie Murphy, Carolyn Michelle Smith, and Sharlto Copley. 

Season 2 of Russian Doll will consist of seven episodes where Nadia (Natasha Lyonne) rides the crazy train to different periods of time in New York City as she finds herself trapped in another time paradox. All seven episodes are available for streaming now on Netflix.
